I am trying to write a  paper for management concepts. I don't know how to start it, And I cant seem to wrap my head around the essay topic. It is creating training tools. How could I start this paper without it sounding like it isn't my own, and without having to do more research than I really need to do. Plus, I really just don't understand what they are asking either. I have read my book 4 times and still having trouble understanding.
