My answer is no. The following reasons are what support my answer. Woman's rights on abortion are in place for the mother not the fetus.
Not being ready for parenthood due to rape, teenage pregnancy or just not wanting the baby are all revolving around the mother and not the fetus. And last, the argument of whether the fetus is a person or not.
Am I understanding the question correctly?
