You want to do something to promote office morale --(one idea I had was to have employees submit ways to save money and if an idea was chosen that person would receive the money saved for the first year, ideas would be gone over by myself and physicians and we would choose the winner. We could have a catered luncheon, announcing winner, and could also have door prizes (gift certificates)I'm not sure how to break something like that down into an outline of scheduled activities (dates/times/participants/schedule of events), I would not include myself or physicians.It would need to be done as a flyer, with attached paper stating why this event will boost morale (which would be having everyone working together to improve cost efficiency and they would be working toward a monitary reward and if it proved to be a good investment, we could plan to do the same sort of event annually).
