I. Choose a biography of a famous person in sports, science, education, politics, anthropology,  

    sociology, medicine, technology, psychology, space exploration, business, criminal justice,

    or any field. The article must have at least two pages. Attach a copy of the article. Write the 

    title of the article and author, date, and source of publication).

   II. Summary: Write a summary that includes ten sentences or more. Be sure your summary

        is based on the entire article. Sentences must flow smoothly to clearly show important 

        events and description in the life of the person. 

 III.  Comments: Discuss your feelings, reactions, or beliefs about the article. Answer five 

        questions from the list. The discussion of your answers should have at least 5 paragraphs-

        one paragraph for your answer (1 sentence – your answer and supports to your answer –at 

        least four sentences)  

        A. How did you feel while reading the article? Describe your feelings.

        B. What were you reminded of while reading it? Discuss it.

        C. Why did you choose the person for this assignment?

        D. What did you learn from this article? Is it important to you? Explain.

        E. What is the importance of this article to you or to others?  Discuss it.

        F. What part of the article strikes you? Discuss it.

.       G. Do you think other people should read this? Why or why not?

        Using the dictionary, write the meaning of each word. Be sure the meaning is similar to 

        the way it is used in the article. Underline these words on the copy of the article

        that you are required to attach.  

1V. Sentences: Write your own sentence for each word. The sentence is satisfactory if it 

        makes sense, gives clues to the meaning,  and the meaning is the same as that of the 

        given vocabulary word in the article.
