I designed electronic countermeasures for USA and allied aircraft all through the Korea and Vietnam era, weplayed leapfrog with the Russians, advantage changed hands constantly.jI envisioned a completely new strategy but was unable to get funding for research, too much of our resources went to executive bonus's even though it was us engineers that did all the real work, we got little or nothing. Now the Russians have mastered this same technology and are able to strike at any target with complete impunity. My question or comment is this, is Greed the cancer that terminated all empires?
