I do not recall giving any student in my class the right to use the lecture notes for any purpose other than their own study needs. The notes as given are a word for word transcription of my lectures which tells me that someone recorded me without permission. This a theft of intellectual property as it has occurred without the permission or knowledge of me, the writer.
