I don't even know

Jack and Jill are on Either side of a church and 50 m apart. Jack sees the top of the steeple at 40° and Jill sees the top of the steeple at 30°. How high is the steeple?

It's an elevation/depression problem, but it gives a diagram to go with the problem. I've been trying to figure out how to do this problem for about a half hour now. Please help!
