I have a group assignment where I review 3 resumes for a maintenance position. I finish writing my review and discussed who I feel should be hired. My teacher says everything looks great, except not to forget to come up with a technique to help support my selection. Such as a weighted matrix or another rated scale to help remove any bias in the selection process. I'm not really sure what is meant by an interview technique. Can you explain to me what she might be looking for?
