I have a question about the United States House of Representatives. Hypothetically, a particular bill needs a supermajority/two-thirds majority vote of members present. There’s 428 out of the 435 members present. Since two thirds of 428 is 285.333333, would the supermajority threshold round down to 285 or would it be 286, since 285 is below 285.333333?
