I have a question. my name is Jennie Early, and I became a member last week, but the tutors did a piss poor job, with my assignment. I had to do the homework myself. I got an A in that assignment today. Since I did not use your tutor services to do my homework, I want to know if I can get a refund for on my membership, because I want to cancel it. If I don't hear from anybody, I will have no choice but to grudgingly use your services again, next month I will have my bank freeze any further payments.
