I have a question regarding strict liability. For example: Greg owns a online business store and he purchased a stolen product from a guy named Sam. Later it was learned that Sam stole the products from ABC company and sold that stolen product to Greg. I understand that if Greg sells this stolen product to his customer and if the customer later suffers injury Greg can be held 'strictly' liable regardless ABC owns it or not. My question can the ABC company sue Greg for strict liability for illegally keeping the property that does not belong to him?
