I have an excel question. I can't figure out the correct formula...

I'm trying to return a "1" if the below is true and a "0" if it is not.

-H9 is included in Table1 and D15 does not equal 0

or

-F15 is greater than 19.5 or less than -19.5

H9 is an account number and Table1 is the list of accounts. If any amount is reported in any of the accounts in Table1 a "1" should be returned

F15 is the variance between what is reported and what was forecasted. ANything that rounds to greater 20 or less than -20 should return a "1"
