I have the balance sheets and income statements prepared.

I need help with calculating the financial ratios for two companies, for the past 5 years, and a 5-year average. I have the balance sheets and income statements prepared. But, I need help with doing the calculations for the ratios, which are also ready in the excel file. Please advice what is the best way to get this going.
