I have to write a 1 page paper about a client who is starting a new restaurant in a old home. The client is going to be doing remodeling and wants to make sure he complies with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. I need to locate material that can be given to the client that explains his obligations under the act. I also need to draft the text of a cover letter to the client telling him where additional information can be found.
