I'm looking for someone to write a paper on the following topic for an Introduction to Federal Contracting class. The paper must outline and assess a government contracting issue. I've completed phase one of the project and informed my professor that i'd like to discuss the fact that there are a lot of complaints against the government stating they should improve their details of requirements. the next phase is to submit an outline with brief comments, (See detailed requirements below, and finally compose the paper).
In the final project, students will select, outline and assess a contracting issue. After thoroughly researching the topic, students will write a paper.
Phase 1 (5%):
1Submit a meaningful, topic to the Assignment Folder for approval by the end of week 3 (five points).
2Submit your final paper in your Assignment Folder for grading and post to discussion area to share with other students by the end of week 8.
I found a lot of complaints stating that the government should improve it’s details of requirements. I would like to further research and discuss this topic in my final paper.) I’ve answered this portion.

•Title page with your name, the course name, title of paper, the date, and instructor’s name.

Required Elements to include in the Final Paper:
•Select a contracting subject pertaining to the FAR Sections covered in this class (e.g., improper business practices, acquisition processes, market research, contractor qualifications, competition, commercial items, warranty, inspection/acceptance, changes, terminations, etc.).
•Research individually the selected topic
•Outline and assess this issue
Required Formatting of the Final Paper: (Due December 15)
•This paper should be double spaced, 12-point font, and four to five pages in length excluding the title page and reference page;
•Write in the third person;
•Use headings;
•Title page with your name, the course name, title of paper, the date, and instructor’s name;
•Include reference page.
•Use APA formatting for in-text citations and reference page. Students need to paraphrase and avoid direct quotes.
•Submit the paper in the Assignment Folder.
