I need a 5–7 minute speech essay for my Corporals Course presentation. The topic is “Time Management in the Life of a Marine.” The essay should include an introduction, body, and conclusion in MLA format and reflect personal and Marine Corps-related experiences.

Main points to include:

Not all Marines have set schedules (e.g., Motor T might work weekends or odd hours). 

Many Marines fall into routines like gaming after work instead of being productive. 

I personally balance college, leadership, workouts, eating well, mental health, and personal time while still doing my job as a Marine. 

Poor time management causes stress and affects mission readiness and leadership. 

Suggest simple solutions like planning the day ahead, prioritizing tasks, limiting distractions, and scheduling personal time. 

The essay should be engaging, easy to follow when read out loud, and around 650–800 words long for a 5–7 minute delivery.
