I need a graduate-level case study paper that combines two assignments — Assessment and Intervention — for my Master of Social Work program. It should focus on one of my clients from my Jefferson County Hospital Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) internship. 

The client’s name is Ms. Cheryl (pseudonym). She is a middle-aged African American female diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder and Bipolar Disorder. I’ve been observing and participating in her treatment process under supervision as part of my field placement.
