Some of the major selection and recruitment steps mentioned by the participants include cv screening, calling candidates for exam, HR interview, line management interview, reference check, and management approval.

For motivation, participants revealed that they normally use the provision of appropriate work environment, career training courses, bonuses, promotions, employee engagement, and loyalty and excellence awards.

For supervision, participants revealed that they normally use close supervision, policies and procedures audited by the quality control board, and regular meetings.
