However, the practice of social work needs to be done with the help of relaxed work environment and culture (Bessant and Caffyn 1997) because the social workers are required to develop close ties with the community in which they are working and exerting their energies for the betterment of the people of a particular geographical location. The Black CAP is working for the development of African population and its focus remains on educating people about Sexually Transmitted Diseases and the organization also works in order to inform people about the ways which can be used to avoid contracting such fatal illnesses. The key strategic duty of the featured organization is to improve the quality of life in patients who are already suffering from terminal conditions (Mattews 1990). The organizational leadership profoundly states that they do not consider neglecting those who suffer immeasurably and they tend to join hands with them in order to make their last days memorable in this world. The patients of AIDS are specially requested to provide testimonies of their lives and how they have become victimized by the disease. Additionally, they are asked to tell the audience where they were negligent and that particular error cost them a significant number of their years. The mistakes that can lead to contraction of such diseases include poor blood transfusion, unprecedented sexual activities and use of unclean surgical instruments and syringes. However, these sources of illnesses can be controlled and therefore, the abovementioned diseases can be minimized in the society. The African American population is notorious for catching extremely hazardous diseases mainly because of lacking sexual education.
