I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Nursing Professional Seeking an Opportunity. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. I hereby write to apply for the position of an ER nurse that is vacant in your facility. I learned of the job opening through an online advertisement and I have already developed a keen interest in your organization that promises a challenging opportunity towards full exploitation of my potentials. Further, the diversified roles and human resource base in your facility meet my desired work environment.

Besides my interest in your facility, I have extensive knowledge and experience that suits the job requirements. I, for example, have an associate degree in nursing from Ivy Tech College, a course in which I excelled with a GPA of 3.9 out of 4. My associate degree in criminal justice will also facilitate my ability to handle the existing pressure in the emergency room besides offering informed advice on criminal based cases. I also have extensive experience in both the general scope of nursing and emergency room practice. I have for example worked as a registered nurse at Rush Memorial Hospital, where I still work. My work experience also includes working at Community Hospital of Anderson as a student nurse where I assisted doctors and nurses in the labor floor, maintained patients’ comfort during labor and monitored patients’ progress, and managing production processes as a manufacturing engineer at Meridian Automotive Systems. I also have managerial and leadership potentials and am a self-motivated team player.

My academic qualifications, professional experience together with my managerial and leadership potentials, therefore, identifies me as the best candidate for this position.
