I need help for my history assignment
Submit to the Dropbox by midnight Sunday. Consider at least three of the four primary source images at the end of Chapter 16 in the “Working with Evidence” section (pp. 730—735). (Be sure to read the section “Working with Primary Sources,” found early in the textbook—it offers guidance on analyzing primary-source images.) Write a 700-900 word essay using those images to address one of the following bulleted question-clusters; your thesis statement should reflect a response to the question-cluster you choose:
- In what different ways was the French Revolution portrayed in these visual sources? How might you account for those differences? Consider issues of class, nationality, religious commitment, time period, and gender, as relevant.
- Based on these images, what was revolutionary about the French Revolution? And what earlier patterns of French life persisted?
Your thesis statement should reflect the question-cluster you have chosen. Be sure to base your response on the documents themselves and the information provided in the preceding chapter. As you plan your essay, be sure to pay attention to format instruction on the syllabus, and to the guide document on essays, located under the Student Resources module in the Content area.
