i need help with my management class

I'm only assigend to write one page on strenghts and if you accept to do the paper i will send you the primary reserach to read it and write from it. 

What do we do with all of this knowledge? We’ll write up a proposal to the senior management of the business you chose with the risks and opportunities that you foresee. 

Proposal: A proposal is a formal report that you would give to your boss after you have conducted a SWOT Analyses that will include the primary recommendations to position your organization for future trends, opportunities and threats. 

First, organize your data and research into a SWOT template that compiles the primary and secondary data you’ve researched. Bullet the summary details of your research into a template.  Bullet the opportunities and threats of the secondary research of the external environment: as a team, brainstorm the company’s opportunities and threats from ONLY the external and competitive environment that you researched. Form and write up recommendations for your business based on both opportunities (how the external environment will change the current state of the business, and how threats can be taken advantage of to become a competitive advantage. 

Bullet the strengths and weaknesses from your primary research -- internal observations from Part I of the assignment. The weakness section should include all the ideas your team devises that the business can improve upon. Write up a summary of what the business does well and areas the business could improve upon to explain the template’s bullet points. 

 Write a summary conclusion (your proposal) with your recommendation from both the primary and secondary research you’ve conducted. You can bullet these and be sure to list the benefits of implementing your plan.
