task: muliplexer and decoder (answer the following section of the question with step by step instructions and pictures, please use Quartus)

a) create and implement a 2 bit decoder, (proven by a screenshot of simulation and working out)

b) create and implement a 4-1 multiplexer

c) create and implement 16-4 multiplexer

d) implement all into HEX2SSD
