I need to know how the proportion sample is distributed and specify what the parameters are? It's a sample of possums and its looking at the proportion of females to males which in my case is 27/35. Is this normally distributed?

The exact question: "The sampling distribution for the sample proportion can be approximated by a well-known distribution, clearly specify this distribution and its parameters"
