My overall first impressions of Drs. Revans and Marquardt are that they are extremely knowledgeable about the processes of action learning. They have many years developing and perfecting the art. I feel that Dr. Marquardt explains the concept better then Dr. Revans. Most of Dr. Revans lectures are from the 80s and 90s. Dr. Marquardt video is from 2015. He is the author of 25 books and over 100 articles on action learning. I did not have any issues watching Dr. Marquardt’s videos; I enjoyed the way that he explained everything about action learning. He was simple and to the point, making it easy to follow.

Most of the videos regarding action learning are boring. I feel that the 80s feel on most of the videos are dry. I also like the Dr. Marquardt gives real examples of the big Companies that use action learning. It makes everything more realistic.
