I neek a very good marketing plan for the resturant on campus

I'm working with my group on a project for my Small Bus. Analysis class. The restaurant mentioned in the attached file need to improve their sales and they hired us as a consulting team to help them. the attached file is what we going to submit and just need to add the marketing plan to it.

please don't compare the restaurant (Passport Bistro) to any other restaurants on campus because they are all under the same company managements (Aramark Corporation)
