I started a small scale business and i employed about ten employees.The employees were not so much knowledgeable about the activities and the products i dealt with because they had no better skills about them.This led to a drop in the amount of production and the level of output generally.I therefore applied an internal training program to my employees and i saw there quality increase.What are therefore the advantages and disadvantages of applying internal training program to a small scale business ?
