I think i have the mechanism for oxidation of cyclohexanol into cyclohexanone (starting with the formation of hypochlorous acid as the oxidizing agent). But I have two questions:

1.) what's the rate determining step in this mechanism, and

2.) what's the mechanism of for conversion of the activated intermediate to the desired product (Sn1/E1/Sn2/E2?)
