Hi! I want to ask a question about Google Cloud Platform instance. I have created a project on GCP and have created an instance(with the lowest level). However, I found that when I do some data crawling jobs with python on that CPU instance, the percent of CPU utilization never exceeds 0.2%. I did a crawler job on my own laptop which spent 10 minutes. I ran the same crawling program on that CPU and it takes 15 minutes. During that time CPU occupation was at most 0.2%. It could have run much faster if more CPU were occupied and used. I wander why my instance won't use more CPU memory. Thank you!
