I was asked to read an article and create a report outlining the issue and my recommendations for Susannah. I have attached a link for the article. The report should also include the following:

1- a summary of the business issue and the context in which it occurs.

Outline at least two approaches for resolving the ethical issue (e.g., ignore the issue, discipline them, or even fire them).

2- Evaluation of the ethical implications of each approach, with reference to the academic literature. For example, you could discuss the likely impacts on the company, its shareholders, other employees, and its customers.

3- Make a recommendation as to the most appropriate solution. Provide a justification as to why this approach should be preferred.

I have done some research in regards to the ethical issues and how I can provide approaches. Being a report I presume I will have to start with an executive summary, talk about the case study scenario, alternative solutions then make my recommendations. Referencing in harvard style. Cheers
