Two applicants have interviewed for the tumor registry position. One is a white male, in a wheelchair with vision problems. He is an RHIT with tumor registry experience. The second candidate is an African American female, a recent credentialed RHIA graduate with no work experience. She indicates she wishes to become a CTR.
