I will pay for the following article Assignment III: Qualitative: Critique of Research. The work is to be 4 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. According to Grove, Burns & Gray (2013), to generate the experiences of the nurses, the researchers collected data in the form of views and perspectives of the experienced nurses. The researcher entirely used a narrative enquiry as the methodology of the research. According to Munhall (2007), ‘a narrative Inquiry is a qualitative approach in which data are gathered for research through the telling of stories.’ The research considered nurses with five years of practice experience and employed at the time of the study. The research also involved sampling of new graduates in their first year of practice and experienced nurses who were willing to participate in an English interview (Melnyk & Fineout-Overholt 2011). Data was gathered through both observation and semi-structured interviews. Data was collected from a population of eight nurses from two hospitals in Canada (Grove et al. 2013).

The researcher was able to control biases and preconceptions through purposive and snowball sampling by allowing free and divergent views from different nurses in different hospitals (American Psychological Association 2009). In addition, the choice of methodology gave opportunity to gain insight of the nurses and compare with the preconceptions (Kelly & Howie 2007). The report of the study includes specific themes generated from the research. In addition, there are quotes and references from previous research of the same themes. The researcher summarized the main results of the study in three themes namely (a) New graduates are coming, (b) keeping the nurses on their toes and (c) carrying the load.

The source of the research study requires peer review.
