I will pay for the following article Unethical behvior in the workforce. The work is to be 2 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. Ethics have been a major concern for the human race for a long time. Whenever a group of people comes together to work ethical issues are experienced. There are many types of ethical issues that are present due to some reason or another. Ethics are a part of business from a long time. At the start of the industrial revolution the owners of the industries treated the workers more or less like animals. This resulted in a reaction, which resulted in the formulation of groups and parties that worked for the human rights, human rights is a part of ethics, in fact ethics cover a very large field. One of the major problem or ethical issue as we can call it is the gender discrimination in a work force. Discrimination that is against ethics can be divided into two types namely direct or slightly less direct. Direct discrimination means behaving with some one in an abnormal way or saying things about that person that degrade him or her, on the basis of his sex, race, religion, family status, nation, culture, age or some disability. A simple example of direct discrimination is not to give a woman a position or job in the office because she might in the future take a maternity leave. When small groups of people are required to comply with a condition due to their unique attribute from the others without proper justification a situation arises that is called indirect discrimination. The unethical behavior experienced in a workforce that I would discuss is treating black people unequally in a workforce. The reason for selecting this issue is due to the time period it has been present and its importance. Many people including me agree that this problem has almost been solved but still some remains are present. Treating black people unjustly while deciding upon the wages, holding their promotions due to the reason they are black and giving them positions that require more hard work have been some problems that are unethical. Many of the people stress on equality among people but there are some who don't. This type of discrimination comes into direct discrimination on the basis of race. A more famous and known word is racism. Racism is common and is even visible publicly. Racism is a global problem. I myself as an Asian relates to this type of discrimination in a major way. The recent acts of terrorism have also blazed the fire of racism even more. Racism due to names has also started which is a major shock. From the peoples prospective this is the biggest issue after pollution that is faced by the world. The reasons and the facts are in front of the people to study and understand they point to the fact that racism is increasing. The problem is people are more reluctant to look into this matter and solve it the reason being unknown. Racism is mostly experienced while working in a workforce. Calling people terrorist and treating them as they belong to a lower class is a major issue that needs to be solved by the organizations that are handling a diverse work force. This unethical behavior in a work force reduces the moral of that discriminated worker resulting in a bad performance, which eventually results as a lose to the organization. To conclude this paper I would point out to the fact that color of a person does not decide to which social class he or she belongs it's the nature of a person that depicts the inner reality and as soon as we start to solve the problem of racism it would be better because its eating us away like a plague.
