Informal friends are persons,

to whom we accidently met, may be while travelling or while on official duty or something like that. We may not have much information about them like their whereabouts, job or family. Such friends may not make much influence in our life. We are dealing with them casually. There may not be any intimacy or special consideration about such people. I often come across with lot of such friends. While touring distant places or while making holiday trips to some tourist places I got lot of such friends. They will usually ask my details and I will also ask the same. I often collect the telephone numbers or contact numbers of

such friends and will never call them. They also do the same thing. Nobody bothered about such things. If I happened to meet them again I will just say a sorry for not contacting them and they will also express the same attitude. Even in the school or college days I often have such category of friends. Those who are coming close to our tastes will be segregated and all others will come under the informal friend category. Such friends will never keep any relationships. You will even forget their appearance as time passes by. They can be just call as a ‘hello-hi friends’. We will just wish them like these when we meet them. There is no sincerity or deep involvement in such friend ships.
