As the increase in the demand for energy, the pressure has increased too, which is an issue for the climate changes, which is related to how efficient is the use of energy resources. All kinds of types of business sectors are effecting by raising societal challenges. However, the firms in the energy industry are encouraged to deal with social issues. One of the newest dimension of CSR is a social responsibility which is getting a lot of attention this day, the meaning of social responsibility is responsible for the social effects companies has on people whether its direct effect or indirect effect (Jelena Stjepcevic,2017). Therefore, in 16th of may 2007 CSR network has been established in Qatar, one of the firms that have been awarded the CSR company of the year award in the energy sector is RasGas company. Moreover, in the 6th year of Arabian business in Qatar, it was nominated by 157 industry leader, business people, and influencers in CSR practices. RasGas CEO pronounced that their company is considering CSR as an important commitment, and being the worldwide energy suppliers they believe they can play a role in building a better future for the coming generation. RasGas is adhered to maintain a massive program in Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) by committing to international criteria's and reacting to stakeholders' wants, and they are motivated to continue in their four CSR programs that include the fundamental of education, community, health, and environment. Analysis:RasGas has a social effect that derives to an enormous level accruing from contribution the company makes on Qatar's economy. The company's contributions are integral as far as the revenues of the government, capital investments and advantages derived from the energy RasGas supplies to the market are concerned. RasGas provides for Qatari citizens the employment opportunities, and offers development and learning opportunists for their employees. It also incorporates the local contractors and suppliers that support the economy. Rasgas has divided their CSR activities into four parts, the most essential field they concentrated in is education, with 53% of their duration for CSR activates. It supported education by encouraging students to develop researches in science, which link the education sector with the energy sector in Qatar. Invigorating Education is considered as a long-term program, it helps student to have a difference in the learning experience which let them absorb the importance of the energy sectors in Qatar in the past and in the future through science. Second activity is the Community that had a 29% of their CSR activates. In this project, the long-term relationship of RasGas has developed with customers in many different countries; it also has been a part of its customers to co-create community programs. This spring to many programs like a library for children opened in South Korea. That provides loaning toys designed for children to develop their skills and imagination. Third activity is the Environment where RasGas preserved and developed the natural environment for the coming generation but it only took 14% of their CSR total activity. Lastly is the Health which RasGas has lowly focused on with only 5% of their concern that has motivated people to have a healthy life style and to support initiatives in promoting sports and wellbeingC. Recommendation: RasGas didn't give the environment enough of their CSR activity budget, it was only 14% which is a very small amount comparing to the important of the environment activate. Since the company of RasGas is a producer of naturel gas which has a direct and strong influence in the environment. The exploration, production and drilling have a direct affect in the environment. When natural gas is explored by geologists that might disturb soil and plant when using their vehicles. To drill natural gas, it is required to clear the region around the required site. One of the air pollution causes is well drilling activities and pipelines engines that run compressors and equipment. Moreover, it often may disturb wildlife, water resource and even people (U.S Energy information). However, RasGas is consider responsible for the energy operator and that makes it committed to promote and improve the environmental performance of the liquefied natural gas and other of its facilities for production. It is recommended for RasGas to increase environmental awareness among the people in public. One of the main purposes RasGas must put in concern is Spreading consciousness in the wisely use of water and energy resources, raising their attention about issues of climate change among young children's or adult, and to rearrange the allocation of the CSR activity budget letting the Environment with the largest percentage amount and then followed by the other three activates, Education, community and Health. D. Conclusion:In conclusion, RasGas is considered a high active company in the in Corporate Social Responsibility which include four programs the fundamental of education, community, health, and environment. It focuses more the half of its budget in the Educational field followed by the community then the environment and lastly with the smallest amount of concern is health.Because of the significant affect that RasGas an energy producer company has in the environment because of the natural gas it explore from deep of the oceaon it is recommended to focuses more in that field by raising environmental awareness among the public and try to maintain the marina life, soil and vegetation
