I wrote a Grant Proposal but I didn't get a very good grade. The grader gives me a lot of feedback in this essay. I need a person with high writing level and ability, who has some understanding and cognition of the environment to help me to revise this paper to the next level.

My Grant Proposal was basic on the STRIVE paper I wrote which I attached in the files. Please read the STRIVE paper first that you will have a general idea of the top for both STRIVE paper and Grant Proposal.

I also attached the rubric and instruction of this Grant Proposal. Please also read it and revise it basically on the rubric and instruction, because I'm not confident with my own format and structure.
