This course has been very interesting and beneficial for myself being in the safety profession. The need to train and educate employees on safety is present in pretty much every company. This course educated me further on the different styles of learning and how to implement them together. I believe a lot of the fundamentals and psychological aspects of training and learning expressed through this course will be beneficial in my future creation and presentationof trainings. It also gave me resources and scientific terminology to best continue my learning of the topic and turn to throughout my career when the need arises. I have been creating and developing training in my current job throughout this course and this course helped me in that process to ensure it was created to best benefit the learner and made so any one of the trainers in the company could present and talk to the points in the training.
