If 75% of clients who walk into XYZ Bank come in for a service transaction, as opposed to a desired sale/product, and management expects 50% of those walk ins to be converted into sales. As a banker you always cut a call short if someone walks in but hesitate to end a call with someone on the line if a customer comes through the drive thru window.
