If a point is below the curve on a solubility chart, than it is saturated or unsaturated?
It is unsaturated.
The line on a solubility curve separates the areas between supersaturated (above the line) and unsaturated (below the line). At the points along the line, the solution is saturated. If you're above the line it's supersaturated and if you're below it's unsaturated.
