If I decide to take the route to  get my dissertation published that would be awesome, but I would still be proud of myself to just getting a Doctoral degree when with this through this university. Completing a doctorate in business is a great accomplishment and it’s says a lot about a person.  

Please add to this or change it around and no more than 250 words. I would like to make Human Resources departments to their jobs better when it comes to disciplining supervisors and managers. Hopefully, this little bit of information will help with this assignment.
