If you owned any small business, would you develop a code of business conduct? If yes, what variables would you include? If no, how would you ensure that your employees were following ethical business standards?  Does it pay to be socially responsible? In general, economists say NO, and philanthropists say YES. What do you say? Why? What are the implications for companies?
