For this assignment, you will design a flowchart that outlines how you would use the system development life cycle to implement electronic health records. You will present this flowchart to other stakeholders in the organization to explain the business processes that will take place with the conversion. Please include the following information in your flowchart:

• Create a flowchart outlining how you would use the phases in the system development life cycle to implement electronic health records in a healthcare facility.
• The flowchart should include the 5 phases of the systems development life cycle.
• Within the flowchart, provide an explanation of how you will use each phase to implement an electronic health record.
• Within the flowchart, provide at least 2 examples of activities that would take place for each phase of the system development life cycle. You may also use any other software that you would like to create your flowchart (i.e., Canva).
