• How was the three-world exercise beneficial?  Share an insight about interpretation (and interpreting biblical texts) that became evident as a result.
• How do you envision ‘interpretation’ in general - what does it involve?  What ideas, experiences, concerns, interests, assumptions, and even biases do people/we/you bring to the interpretation of the Bible?  How do these shape the way we relate to/interact with the Bible?  What does it mean to approach the Bible on its terms?  In what ways does (can) the Bible interpret its audiences?
