In Chapter 6, LEGO group had, initially, difficulties in implementing an effective ERM strategy because they focused on operational risks at the unit level and did not consider the same at the enterprise level or global level. How can you align enterprise-wide ERM strategy with local and unit requirements and priorities? 

To complete this assignment, you must do the following:

A) Create a new thread (3 pages). As indicated above, describe how enterprise-wide ERM strategy can be aligned with local and unit requirements and priorities?  

B) Select AT LEAST 2 other students' threads and post substantive comments on those threads, evaluating the pros and cons of that student’s recommendations. Your comments should extend the conversation started with the thread.
