In regards to hiring strategies is there ever a place where print ads would be appropriate? For me, I see they still work. I am staying near a smallish town in north central, Wisconsin. The local paper is full of ads or people. Right now, the are looking for people to work in the potato fields. Not a bad part time job around here. But there at least two HR positions available, truck mechanics, several retail jobs, and bus drivers or the local school district. Not the greatest high paying positions, but jobs and here that is important. So, I think for small towns and rural communities the local newspaper may not be a bad option. Any thoughts on this ?
