In the case where Joyce v Hill.  Hill sold the house from under Joyce after he ORALLY agreed to extend the consideration option until July 1 after she paid him $800.  Joyce sued Hill for breaching the option.  What is the result and why?  I'm totally lost on this question, please help or guide me.
