You are to obtain and interpret the data for the Corruption Perception index, for those countries assigned to you, and then answer the following question.

When comparing alternate countries, your company prefers to enter those that have shown a BETTER IMPROVEMENT relative to the other in terms of corruption, comparing the scores of 2005 and 2016. E.g., between countries A (score increased 10% between 2005-2016), and B (score increased 1% between 2005-2016), they would choose country A. And between country C (score decreased 20% between 2005-2016) and country D (score decreased 10% between 2005-2016), they would choose country D.
