In your initial post for this workshop, compose a 150-word or less book description for your story and a one-paragraph plot summary.

The book description should be written in the third-person present tense, and may or may not refer to stories or books that are similar to your story. Next, write a one-paragraph plot summary of your story, beginning by introducing the genre, story structure (e.g., POV/organization) and length of your story. Your plot summary should not be a play-by-play of all of the scenes in your story. Instead, it should work to convey the beginning, middle, and end of the major conflict your protagonist goes through, where the story takes place, and how the conflict is resolved at the end.
