Read the Request for Proposal.

Complete the Needs Assessment Matrix based on the information in the Request for Proposal.  (Matrix will be used later in the class by the team.)

Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper that answers the following questions:

•   What factors contributed to linking these stakeholders with the city of Kelsey through information technology?

•   What factors are taken into consideration when determining needs for software?

•   What are the benefits and risks of implementing information technology?

This is a two part assignment.  The matrix has a point value of 2 points.  The paper has a point value of 10 points.

This is an individual assignment.

Remember to include no less than 4 unique academic peer-reviewed references.
