Create a “pocket guide” of the HIPAA Security Rule that summarizes the rule requirements. This will be distributed to the workforce at Quality Hospital. It can be designed so that it can be attached to the employee ID badge, it can be a tri-fold brochure, a flyer or poster to be put on a bulletin board, or a small card they can attach to a computer monitor. Feel free to use your imagination on this one. Be sure to tell me which item you selected to create. This is a tool so that employees will have a concise handy guide to remember some of the Security Rules that are important to them. The summary should be relevant to their everyday work. You may want to include information about passwords, encryption, etc.
